These were made as part of an exhibition I did experimenting with a limited range of artists' powdered pigments - I think I will revisit this idea at some stage as the shapes are really pleasing.
This listing is for a carved polymer clay pendant that hangs from an adjustable narrow velvet ribbon so you can choose the length you wish to wear this necklace.
I've used porcelain white polymer clay with powdered artists' pigments and each pendant is carved and sanded into a unique shape. I save all the sanded clay to use as pigment for pastel colours so nothing is wasted. The pendants are all unique and measure approx. 60mm by 45mm in size.
A hammered ring of recycled sterling silver sits on top of the pendant.
These are striking and unusual and very light in weight to wear.
This pendant is a versatile shade of pale coral red with a pale grey velvet ribbon.
