Handmade Recycled Sterling Silver Necklace and Bracelet Chains

There's something really quite therapeutic about making a chain from scratch: each individual link is made from recycled sterling silver wire and slowly, the chain starts to take shape as each link is soldered to the next.  I use a mix of round and square wire to make my jump rings and they vary in size and thickness so each chain is completely unique.  

A handmade chain is a lovely piece of jewellery that can be worn on it's own so it looks equally gorgeous with or without charms added to it.  For this reason, I sell packs of split jump rings that allow you to add and remove charms/pendants so you can add as many or few dots to your chain as you'd like.  

The split jump rings work like a miniature key ring - they are a little bit fiddly but, they give you the versatility to add and remove pendants and charms as you choose.  You can also use them to add any or your own charms to one of my chains - as long as you have a jump ring on your charm then you can use a split jump ring to attach it to one of the links of the chain. Such fun! 

I will add chains to this section of the shop that are in stock and available to deliver immediately and there will also be an option for made to order chains where you can choose the length, dimensions and shape of link and I'll make your chain to order.  My chains fasten with one of my handmade clasps in my signature paper clip design.
